The purpose of these summits are to facilitate the dissemination of critical information in regards to state and regional planning for a pandemic. Day one presentations will focus on pandemic flu planning at the local, state and regional levels, including the revised NC Plan. Day two will focus on healthcare surge capacity and the development of model plans.
Target audience is public health professionals, PHRST members, emergency medical professionals, behavioral health specialists, physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, first responders and first responder teams, emergency room personnel, emergency management staff, and any other interested healthcare professionals. |
